Cougars Fall Back to Earth

So, perfection doesn't come often, and it won't happen when it comes to the Cougars. The Cougars were beaten for the first time yesterday 9-7 by the Giants, thanks mainly to several bombs hit by the opposing team. Heading into the 6th inning, the Cougars were down 9-2 but mounted a furious rally that fizzled just shy of completing the comeback, scoring 5 runs before getting the 3rd out.

Congrats goes to the Giants for a well-played game.

Cougars are now 3-1.
